The owner is not at all nice...very bad behave... don't pay salary on time...for TA you have to beg to the accountant...they have agreement for 2years if you leave you have to pay your salary..or else what o did I terminated my self by performing not well by absent....or else you have no choice...do not join if you are qualified

... guidelines, I would not have learned this much. Lot to learn from this company. I don't know who said that salary isn't credited on time, but its actually credited on time every month.

Compulsory 1 year Lock-in period but its indirectly beneficial for us as we have to gain experience as well.

...y friendly. Timings are also flexible and leaves are granted as per convenience. Salary is also paid on time.

Office space is a little bit less though that does not cause much problem.

Renflo Industrial Solutions has actually provided me a lot of opportunities in the last 3 months of my employment. They have a lot of contract drafting, especially for the purchasers i.e. the industrial companies. Contract drafting is a must for all legal associates and this place has a lot of such reviewing and drafting work.

Dislikes

The company does not have a dedicated canteen. Only hot beverages are available for free.

Many things, like travel allowance was not given properly, have to beg them to reimburse the money. They compare their sales person with the client OEM's sales person. Promised that they were opening office in delhi, but that never happened instead of that, was asked to move to Kolkata. The person who runs the LLP, and the owner are related, as mother and son. The person who handles this is the child who was born with the silver spoon have enough money from family background trying to start something new with his family assistant. Talks alot about his experience in Dubai and clg but in last using his family wealth to build his own LLP without any prior knowledge on how to handle and manage team and never think on their well-being.
