To be honest there is not much to like about RenewBuy.

They do not stand on their commitments when it comes to salary and variable pay. Transfer to other locations without change in salary is also something which is done here. Promotion without any increment. Toxic work culture.

Everything no work culture 24*7 working seniors are always dominated their juniors no salary hike if you any need then you join this company otherwise ignore some employees are very disgusting there behaviour was terrible.

Carrier growth opportunities like promotions, Salary hike, Appraisal, monthly incentives, Quarterly incentives, Annual incentives and sooo on there are so many opportunities

In any organisation 1st 100days should be learning state,but in my case it wasn't happen and people are least bothered about and judging on my skills

All task and routine work was very easy to resolve. Salary increment and bonus structure was also great.

Mentors culture was very worst in this company, just last year I was drop this organisation with fullfil all the necessary formalities, like taken a resignation confirmation with LWD and I have also taken my experience letter officially from them. After that they were received call from my new organisation to feedback employee, then they said he not eligible for rehire, he has integrity issues, and he has make a fraud with us. My ans is on that feedback, if I m not eligible for rehire then why you were retained me 3 to 4 time. if I have integrity issue then how can I achieved 100% in my scorecard report. If I make a fraud then how can you provide me trophy for the employee of the quarter how can you provide me my experience letter. Moral of the end I m not interested to say what I did it fo you, but as reputed mentor you shouldn't do that. I was resolved the concern at my level in new organisation with all the evidence. If someone wants any evidence related that then can reach out me.

No proper response from Branch managers there is no proper guidance to Agents has i have taken agent code from my brothers name i have no proper response from renewbuy hr policies are worst to employees hr will only listen branch manager words
