Safety policy is good

There is no growth in career.company is hiring the third party pay role and they did not given any increments even i completed 4 years the company didn't recognize the people who is working for the company.There is no integrity of the values of this company.we can't understand whose fault is this and where we have to escalate.

Good work environment and culture all are taim supporters and management is transparent. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is a normal person as politicians and tha management doesn't address our issues

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
