HR BPs are not effective. Better policies on variable compensation can be brought for resigning employees. With the current policy, there is a high probability that you may not receive VC despite working for entire financial year.

(When compared to similar organizations like MercedesBenz and Volvo In Bangalore. the pay is hardly 30-50% of what the employees there are taking home) For people coming from other organizations, make sure you get inside with a decent pay keeping at least the next 5 years in mind, think about whether you will be fine with the same package you are getting for the next 5 years. Don't even think about joining here as a third party vendor. Run for your life instead

The company is open to the ideas proposed by employees. Leaves can be planned and taken when required. Many holidays are provided by the company itself. The work culture overall is good but strictly depends on the department & team. There are few rules laid for Work life balance but changes w.r.t teams. One of the very few Automotive company that supports hybrid working.

Dislikes

Compensation is very less when compared to market. The company is more KPI / KRA specific rather than working on product. So due to this most of the work is on achieving the targets which actually may not help in accomplishing the actual objective of the KPI.
