I worked as graduate engineering trainee the period of 1 year. Best training and safety awareness have satisfaction salary. Transportation is very good in this company. I learn more things with in the short period. Piece full environment outside of the city.

I don't like the salary not enough for my job.

For all activities system and procedure available. Job security

Dislikes

Too much of documents which not able to follow. 10 year experienced technicians will get more salary than same years experienced supervisor. Production side engineer and teamleader need to 100% even in lunch and tea break. But shift end they will be questioned like why they are not done their supervisor role. Not focusing on improve sales, focusing on manpower reduction.

... are not paid out immediately. You have to keep chasing people to get your dues. When you do, you find that all the payouts are calculated on basic pay only, and other allowances (which were part of your salary) are not paid. 7. Even small requirements have to go through a lengthy process of approvals (of 8 to 10 levels), and you find yourself spending more time getting approvals rather than actually doing work. 8. Weekly appraisals by your boss are very unpleasant and unnecessary. 9. Canteen services are horrendous. Food has been found to contain foreign bodies, including glass, plastic, stones and insects. 10. No freedom to work at all.
