This really good environment and 100% safe and secure working place.

Dislikes

I was 1.8 years working with RNAIPL MNC company. Nissan benifits for only Nissan employees like bonus and all month boost and horlics but other contacts trainees no benefits. My suggestion is naps two year apprentice trainees provide with bonus.

Rntbci will be the good option for freshers as well as family person. You don't have any work pressure and job insecurity.They have lot more care on employees and you would have enjoyed work culture what it provides.

They need to work salary slab. They ready to pay high package for new candidates but they don't care much on existing employees who stick with RNTBCI for long time

Dislikes

Compensation is poor. Management sometimes doesn't think with a sane mind. During COVID situation some employees were forced to do WFO even though there wasn't a necessity. It also depends on the manager mindset which is worse.Every time you go on an international trip you would have to sign a bond.

For all activities system and procedure available. Job security

Dislikes

Too much of documents which not able to follow. 10 year experienced technicians will get more salary than same years experienced supervisor. Production side engineer and teamleader need to 100% even in lunch and tea break. But shift end they will be questioned like why they are not done their supervisor role. Not focusing on improve sales, focusing on manpower reduction.
