Huge level of politics in each and every department., Management is very nice and very kind., Manager level , senior level very pathetic experience I had face in Renaissance jewellery Ltd. Job security is their in RGL ,but no manager level will help you for the same

Manager level poking you in each and every single work , they are abusive they also not bothering about woman, how to talk with ladies they Not know.

The work pressure is very high, I have to work 11 to 13 hours daily, Manager does not value individual work strength,
