Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Huge level of politics in each and every department., Management is very nice and very kind., Manager level , senior level very pathetic experience I had face in Renaissance jewellery Ltd. Job security is their in RGL ,but no manager level will help you for the same

Manager level poking you in each and every single work , they are abusive they also not bothering about woman, how to talk with ladies they Not know.
