Very poor work environment and culture, nothing helpfull, not a perfect place workholic people. Management is not transparent and very much bias. company also has no police.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary and career growth both are slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Their politics, judgement, job security, no overtime, excessisve work beside your job roll, backstabbing senior like Mrs Sonali.
