...he management has no clarity on the future development of Products and Porfolio. The job is like, I have taken someone at Salary and you have to do the job what I assign. The HR functions like a Govt office and we dont have any clarity on roles and responsibilities. Even If we define, they do not understand. They want more products only on Paper but do not want anyone effort to execute. Even if we do in our own interest, it would not be appreciated and they would not allow to take forward.
