...he management has no clarity on the future development of Products and Porfolio. The job is like, I have taken someone at Salary and you have to do the job what I assign. The HR functions like a Govt office and we dont have any clarity on roles and responsibilities. Even If we define, they do not understand. They want more products only on Paper but do not want anyone effort to execute. Even if we do in our own interest, it would not be appreciated and they would not allow to take forward.

If you already work for a reputed industry, this is not a company to enter. The top management and HR spoil your career.

Non sense management. Very very unbias. Talking big big words but nothing in action. Only sugar quoted words. If you want to be slave and good at acting you can enjoy well in this company. If you want to learn and grow nothing here..they will extract whatever knowledge and contact and useful information from you and throw you out after execution. Very bad policies.
