In this organization the CEO is everything. These are the guys who are suffering from " I KNOW IT ALL SYNDROME"....they step into R&D, production, designing, engineering, sales & marketing and finally finance. Interest is fine, but what happens is they are from some blue blooded instituitions and are not subjected to failures...hence complacency sets in to believe that the innovation is numero uno and will do havoc in the market, much to their fancies. Business results might reciprocate differently.

Young & Dynamic team & having good funds for new research & development for future projects and CEO & COO are very much supporting this initiative with long term vision

Dislikes

HR are not following values & ruined the image of the company and highly insecure about their own performance & policies. They have 70% to 80% attrition on yearly basis. A lot of manipulation & gap in employee engagement activities. In short not much reliable & trustworthy to work with for a career perspective and generally engaged in office politics and creating insecurities for themselves & all major well performing employees too. It was terrible & nightmare for job applicants if they got selected over here.

I like the work culture and the company gives learning opportunities to all employees. I feel a real connection to the mission and values of the company and I can see the company growing from the last several months still continuous.. not only company along with employees growth too. Excellent work culture! Work here is fun if you are the type who loves challenges and not does not like monotonous work - no two days of the week are same.

Dislikes

Work gets hectic during certain periods - conferences, sales closing, etc. But what is growth without some chaos!

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.
