Most of the branch staffs are putting in there brains to brainwash chairman dury his monthky visit in branch rather than forwarding the correct information which would benefit the branch. Surprisingly, the chairman also believes in such forwarded reports and takes actions.... most of the branch staffs are cheaters who take money from the dealers but even after presenting facts, no action is taken against them. This is not good for the company.

Director,s and other seniors mgmt staff are abusive don't know how to respect their subordinates also very less compansation company has motto " Gadha kharido aur usko Ghoda banao" very difficult in long run

मानव संसाधन विभाग और शासकीय विभाग के अधिकारियों की कार्यशाला में ठीक प्रकार से मेल ना हो पाया। जिसकी वजह से मेरे बाद के कर्मचरी को भी इस्तीफा देना पड़ा।
