No half day system even if you are arriving late or leaving early due to some work.

Stupid incompetent unqualified managers running the show and even stupider directors who cant see through the charade these incompetent managers are putting up. Director cant even see the loss these so called managers are incurring the company due to continuous delays and endless projects. Hardworking employees are given single digit raises and managers are earning in lacs. No regard for hard working or rating system for appraisal, only people who have been here for more than 10 years will get maybe 10% or more even if they are useless. Worst system ever.
