I dont like working with this company instead I hate them . Even they were getting payment from clients they cut 50% of our salary

No work life balance, no medical. If you are a fresher, it will be very dificult to servive here. They only need service, after complete their project, they can fire you without notice.

I am directly reporting to CEO of my Company, He is very particular about the work and deadlines of the work, if there is no complaint or delay in the work he will be very friendly and will co operate with you in all ways, Good working environment, Friendly and hardworking colleagues are there in my company, especially my team mates are very friendly and will support in every matter.

If experienced then learning new technology is bit hard. But, every one try to help you. Some politics that will give more pressure.Ceo and manager is good. Always have a freedom to clarify doubts

HR policy, politics, No team respect from the seniors, They should know every one human. No understanding of the sales team. They always give pressure to tech team.sales should not be directed contact to tech team.
