No job security. Lay off happened in 2018. Lot of discrimination. Variable pay varies 5 percent to 25 percent depends on people. All benefits go to a few exjamcracker people. Top india guy does not have the stature or qualification to run this start up. He just plays mid manager politics. Worst company in my 13 years career.

Joining the Support/Technical Support team here often means that work-life balance is more of a joke than a reality. Management in the support department does not seem to care about employees' health or personal lives, and job security is virtually non-existent. There is little distinction between the support and sales teams, as the support team is expected to work like the sales team and achieve unrealistic targets. Employees may be asked to leave immediately if they fail to meet these targets. This might be the first company in the IT industry where the technical support team is required to achieve unreasonable goals while dealing with excessive micromanagement. Although there are numerous employee benefits, management ensures that employees work under critical conditions, even when they are unwell, and must meet targets regardless of their health issues.

Job security is terrible, They lay off employees even if they are performing well and giving more productivity. They only care about their company overall business and not care about employee welfare.

Reltio is a fast growing company and got a flat hierarchy where each and every colleague are reachable at any time. All the team members are very friendly and helpful. Covid pandemic really impacts a lot but Reltio offers all the possible support and work from home facilities. I will say its a really a Great Place to Work company where we are getting a very good support from the higher management.

Reltio is a fastest growing organisation with the top notch technologies. Work culture is very positive and motivating, the team is more like a family! Good policies around Health insurances and stock options given to all employees.

No dislike as such as the improvements areas are common for this size of the organizations..overall a culture which promotes growth of each and every employee along with the organization
