Company support the employees through the COVId-19 lockdown by cutting salary and not even giving the salary from last three months. Great support by the company.

Dislikes

No team structure and adherence. Communication is poor from top to bottom. Always bypass the line of authorities by the top management. Salary is not on time. Poeple in the management try to appoint their Relatives in the ground level whether they are competitive or not without even informing the Factory management. Poor work culture and technical skills development. No job security and not even the Defined job descriptions.
