GMC know as construction company,Well management,good platform to enhance knowledge for both fresher and experience person.work environment is do good,GMC provides full support to their employees in professional front.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

HR Section is Very Bad for Other Section. (Behavior Like Lady Don) Don't Join. There are many Problems Like- 2 Month Late Salary Payment, Misbehavior with Other, and management is very Bad. you Can't Stay more than 2 Months.

Salary is very less as your work performance & Designation. One of the most important thing is here, much more politics here. This is the reason I just want to leave the organization. By the way overally all good.

HR ladies are planning to to hire senior personnel with exchange of 30000Rs per month 😂. When management is buying 2nd cars for their. This is their standard of leaving.
