This was my first job through campus placement.

Dislikes

no project, over staff,no proper hierarchy followed,no work life balance, salary gets delayed, favorites get more chances to learn and grow rest gets disrespect. And these review will get deleted from them after few days.

Likes

Infrastructure is a okay.

Dislikes

The company hire people and then fire them as soon as they are done with them. This has happened to all the engineers specially freshers. It pays a little and gets all 7 days work. The HR and company management do not have manners to talk to an employee at all. Also the mental and emotional damage takes time to heal after working at this company. I would never recommend it to any one.

Likes

Working with very experienced professionals will earn lot of knowledge and skills. And there’s no such deadlines on work. But if you take too much time they might take some actions accordingly. “Some” Superiors are very friendly in nature. As much as possible they are ready to help to subordinates .

Dislikes

Biases are there in various levels. “Some” managers and “some” C-Executives will have partialities and Biases. Such as Language and Regional biases. Gender Biases also there in little bit high. These are Comforts and Convenient's of an individual is similar to Bias or Partiality. Common in any company.

There is nothing that likes in this organization.

Dislikes

1) No professional work culture, 2) micro-management & cheap politics 3) Groupism at pick 4) hire & fire is the foundation of this org 5) you can't give suggestion to these teams & specially management 6) they will make sure you will face unnecessary pressure everyday 7) company considers your private assets as company assets such as your watsapp, gmail 8) unsupportive & rude behaviour of HR Never ending list...
