...d. The HR manager is neither "Humans to employees nor values "Relationships'.. Annual compensation even after doing a donkey's job is peanuts. There was a day when I had to attend to the first birthday of my daughter and had asked for a one hour permission to reach office slightly late. I was told to look for opportunities outside. The boss who feels cooking dosa for his kids on Sundays as great achievement and posts the same on facebook, did not even bother to value human relationships when it came to my attending my daughter's first birthday.

Month on month Salary is good. Pressurised job. Team members are very co-operative.

Dislikes

Incentive salab is very tough. If the share market gets volatile no one's can't work peacefully. If you achieve your monthly targets, even though they were not leaving you from the third parties products. More over asusal corporate politics is there.

I like below things 👇 1. Fix off Saturday and Sunday. 2. The work will always available. 3. Office Culture.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive in Bangalore every year will get bonus.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. In head office lot of parshalities for newly joined no training.

...most useless experience in Religare. There is no coordination between HR and TL. I was suffer atleast 3 month for my salary deduction still not received justified explaination for HR and TL.

Dislikes

Communication Gap between HR and TL. And lack of support for employees.
