This is worst company i have ever worked . In covid situation they expect us if i’m covid positive still u will work for from quarantine centre

Everything , Salary is not ontime , There is no leave facility , They don’t know how to create a flow for development , official timing 9 hours per day without lunch and they expect developer will work on sunday also otherwise they deducted our salary.

Please do not join this organisation. It is one of the poor organisation in terms of work and developer standard. Dr Deepak has a good vision, but he himself is not clear on what is need to be made. CTO is just a non sensible guy, working remotely all the time from punjab, and spying you over office CCTV. Vivika, has some personal favours from higher management.

Dislikes

Life is pathetic at relife. They do mention remote work. So, remote work is tracked continuously by hubstaff, screen shots are shared. Time is tracked. 9 hours of time daily. Even if your work is of two hours. Hitting keys and mouse 9 hours. You can well imagine. The person who introduced hubstaff, use it once buddy! ;) 5 days week, Even Diwali/Dussehra holidays are even cancelled here. Internal politics is too high. Hire fire is high and very high.
