The company is very much focused to do work perfectly this helps the customers to enjoy good production. The company also does not encourage laziness this is achieved by giving workers temperal contract so that when one is lazy when the contract ends he/she is going to renew it.

Dislikes

In most cases they don't appreciate their employees In some sites top management are not coordinated
