Work environment is helpful , my teammates are from out of India ( Peru and jambia) and i get knowledge every day new from them.managment behaviour is helpful also company policy is simple related to employes.

I don't like to work at this company. No image any candidate. Director is good but other manegment is very poor. no working culture in this company. Corners labour is must for this company. And forners don't like indians. You will be spoil you social life and professional life. Director told I support you but end of the date he is help less. If may be possible ignore this company

Management is not supportable Forners dislike indians Spoil social and professional life No professionalism Forners labour behavior is very bad and he is holsol this company. Indians value is zero. Many time forners shouting you and abuseing language used. Nobody person help you including director

The company is known by its modern technological way of mining. I love the fact that I was part of a team that represented not only the company but also the country at large in the world market of mining technology especially development mining methods. I didn’t travel a lot with the company though sent me to Congo.

There’s no job security but allowances are just fair though they grow slowly.
