CEO is the only person who consistently strive hard for business growth. The previous independent directors and whole time directors are having insufficient oversight function, failure to address red flags, excessive boardroom influence over CEO, poor decision making regarding inferior loan asset management, inadequate and unfruitful HOD meetings. Excessive staff turnover ratio and huge gap in filling senior management personnel such as CFO, Audit Head, etc.

Dislikes

Annual Appraisal, Promotion and Increments are not based on Performance, Job knowledge and Skill set but purely based on whims and fancies of top management excluding CEO. Poor retention policy.
