...agement is transparent..there is a huge cafeteria & gaming arcade for chilling.. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair & they give good salary hike & every year..

Three is a lot of poltics & the management doesn't adress our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow..There is a bond of 9month before which you can't resign..On the job training is not given to new joinees..

Last 4.5 years i am worked in this company but even a 1 rupee of salary not increased , they giving false commitment to employees,still experienced people from this company are move better job better salary, here i am wasted my 4.5 years...

If there is a session for anything, it should be held within the 8 hour working time and not your personal time. And here it always happens that sometimes from the side of the TL, sometimes from the side of the manager, sometimes from the side of the quality, some meeting or session is scheduled.
