No work life balance no fixed work timings always time gets stretched because of msn power requirement not fullfilled employee being presurised to work overtime without any compensation. No promotions and below the average appraisals

HR policies are terrible, extention of bonus retrenchment date, is communicated 3 days prior to expiry. Employees are disappointed!

Bad experience with work in reliance securities..As per discussion at interview time there was not given any information about salary deduction... And told me that salary is fixed but now they are saying about deduction if target will not achieved...That's why i am leaving this job..And one more thing my Salary is not issue yet of my working days i have done here....
