Work Life Balance is average , Compensation not matching efforts put in by employees, Growth is slow , All the decision making powers are centered at Head Office and site management has very less decision making power , low value to loyalty of employees ( people working in organizations for more than 20 years are treated as liability instead of treating them as Assets) , Management believes in hiring External People for Key Jobs rather than giving chance to home grown talent , HR policies are not upto the mark. Huge office politics, unplanned business decision, no job security. No life balance, mentally disturbance. Warehouse very remote location daily updown from pune

Dislikes

Yearly compensation not getting on fixed month of the year. Company delaying every year the employee compensation and giving revised salary and benefits in diwali (sometime in month of October or November). No fixed time. Increment %of employees are even not good. Only sr management getting good hike as there salaries already in core's. Its old fashion typical lala company culture still some drops are there.
