Work Life Balance is average , Compensation not matching efforts put in by employees, Growth is slow , All the decision making powers are centered at Head Office and site management has very less decision making power , low value to loyalty of employees ( people working in organizations for more than 20 years are treated as liability instead of treating them as Assets) , Management believes in hiring External People for Key Jobs rather than giving chance to home grown talent , HR policies are not upto the mark.
