Being a stable company salary and benefits are on time plus there is a huge scope of learning.

The management sucks here. There are certain bosses here in the organization who mentally tortures employees and creates a situation where they will have to leave the organization. This person will attack personally comment on your family background and will make you feel that you are good for nothing. Today as an employee I am suffering so much that my mental health my confidence has gone for a toss and the best part is that the HR is a puppet here who claims to take care of their employees but they are hardly bothered about what's happening with their employees and the person who is doing this with his subordinates is still exists without being questioned whereas those subordinates are leaving the company unheard inspite of raising this issues in front of the HR. So friends big name and claims of best working culture is just a bluff be careful of these bluffs. Because of this person my experience regarding the work culture and work environment is worst in Reliance. I also know writing this review won't change anything as that person will still be there to torture and affect mental and physical health of his subordinates as his true colours and dual face will still be not get noticed by anyone and HR will keep on playing the deaf and dumb puppet role.

Don't have any Incentives and salary very less as well compared to other employment, they provide good salary for the people don't know what work is. An poor salary for the people who are excellent in work

...ed with latest technology. 3.Too much hierarchy. 4.No value to your opinion. 5.Salary structure is just worst. CTC looks big but in hand salary is very less. 6. 30% salary out of CTC is variable and other terms and condition form. 7. Direction less and confused reporting managers. 8. Employee exit rate is high. 9. No values to your loyalty long service.

Nothing to like, monopoly company and monarch hierarchy.

No salary hike/ increments even if you get A* rating which is the highest 30% salary is parked for performance linked incentive, but despite working really hard and achieving targets company can back step into not giving the PLI. No 360 degree feedback, your manager can decide your fate per his wishes but one cannot share feedback on their reporting manager. No one is to care even if somehow you express your concerns / grievance /sadness. Best not to prefer working with this atrocity.

...rked in the PBG vertical , the management lacks the vision of growth, hiring no. Of employees in masses and letting them go, no salary growth and deductions in PLI is really pathetic. The company is good only for freshers or the one who are into there retirements or 20 have plus years of experience working at Reliance, for the middle level management will not suggest to join.
