1. Strictly HO centric 2. Regional team does not have any power or approval authority. 3. Being marketing regional team does not get budget and it’s depends on approval process of HO so sometime your calendar will fail to accept dateline. 4. There is no protocol in between of work and relevant work…sometime you have to do the job to make people happy. 5. Being a regional team achievement is less. 6. Pathetic meetings through team even sometime it’s happened in after office work in night. 7. Insult and politics from HO and regional lead. 8. Unnecessary harassment like, market visit without purpose, making PPT or review report without purpose and they will not given any importance on it. 9. Job is entirely unsecured and I know at least 20+ employee leave reliance for out of state transfer or redeployment without any extra remuneration. 10. If you are joining in any new venture of reliance like, new business started in market then think at least hundred time before joining….if they think business is not going in well manner then they will transfer you in out of state like, Mumbai, Bengaluru and many others where you will find difficulties to survive and you have to resign or they will fall you in PIP and replace you. 11. Job security in reliance is just pathetic. 12. Work life balance is amazingly bad even it worse if you are joining in any managerial grade or in any leading profile. 13. Less manpower or they will ask you to sourcing manpower and after few month they will force you to remove them from system. 14. If you are joining for single state then there is high chance that they will force you to look after many other state without any remuneration. 15. I don’t think reliance is employee friendly org.

Reporting Managers are very cheap minded. they want only thos subbordinates who treat them as god. Puja karo uski BC. Company bht achha hai but yeh manager log pura company ka naam kharab kar diye hai BC.

The management sucks here. There are certain bosses here in the organization who mentally tortures employees and creates a situation where they will have to leave the organization. This person will attack personally comment on your family background and will make you feel that you are good for nothing. Today as an employee I am suffering so much that my mental health my confidence has gone for a toss and the best part is that the HR is a puppet here who claims to take care of their employees but they are hardly bothered about what's happening with their employees and the person who is doing this with his subordinates is still exists without being questioned whereas those subordinates are leaving the company unheard inspite of raising this issues in front of the HR. So friends big name and claims of best working culture is just a bluff be careful of these bluffs. Because of this person my experience regarding the work culture and work environment is worst in Reliance. I also know writing this review won't change anything as that person will still be there to torture and affect mental and physical health of his subordinates as his true colours and dual face will still be not get noticed by anyone and HR will keep on playing the deaf and dumb puppet role.

Don't have any Incentives and salary very less as well compared to other employment, they provide good salary for the people don't know what work is. An poor salary for the people who are excellent in work

CTC looks big but in hand salary is very less. 6. 30% salary out of CTC is variable and other terms and condition form. 7. Direction less and confused reporting managers. 8. Employee exit rate is high. 9. No values to your loyalty long service.
