Salary not satisfying they give everyone equally salary junior csa or Teamleaders which is not good it's should be some difference....if work is different then salary should be also different

This is a very good company, if you do job in this then you are a reported man, you will not get anything apart from this.

I am working in this company since last 2.5 years and my salary is only on 1200 month, which i am very sad i feel like my time and skill both is getting spoiled please System should be improved and staff salaries should be increased thank you.

Job security and working environment is good. salary is paid on time and incentive also.

The Reliance TST format is not good.If I compare this format to trends format there are many things the company should look in like facilities of staff is way more better than TST format.

It is neither too good nor too bad but a lot of work is taken from the employer due to which the salary of the employee neither increases nor gets any promotion
