The main part is Salary and Management system Salary of the employees is very low. For today's generation salary is very important every employees think that they get minimum salary 12k-15k in hand because expenses is very high Salary is the main issue that many employees give resignation letter to Reliance Digital Alwar (8930) it's my humble request please increase the Salary structure in reliance and incentives structure also

Reporting Managers are very cheap minded. they want only thos subbordinates who treat them as god. Puja karo uski BC. Company bht achha hai but yeh manager log pura company ka naam kharab kar diye hai BC.
