Good work environment and culture. Supportive teammates and good management our company company policy are to good appraisal are fair and the give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Firstly the salary of CSA should also be increased which is not being increased and CSA gives the same argument that the salary is low, this much salary can be got anywhere else. 2ed If the company hires new employees then it pays very high salary whereas on internal promotion the salary is increased very low and yearly increment is also very low, HO should look into all this

Salary and benefits but for long term it's not a good organization.

There is no work life balance, superiors are not supportive. They will not give leave if there is any family emergency also. Bunch of idiots are working over there in West Bengal office. If you are in graveyard, then also they will call and ask for sale data. From morning 8 am this ediots are starting teams meeting. If you are in your weekly off then also intensity they will call and disturb your. This is the culture of West Bengal only but in other states this kind of culture is not there.
