This is a retail company so mostly focus is on the customer satisfaction. I like that my colleagues are from different cultural background but we work happily together., job security is most important thing which I like in reliance retail they don't fire any employee without reason. I love that just sometimes u need to stay at office long time otherwise you don't need to stay long time at office you just have to complete your working hours . they give very good facilities to their employees.

Dislikes

Career and compensation growth is slow. There is no training for freshers senior employee have to guide them.

Only Organization Name is good in market due to market capitalisation.

...in CTC because these clause only applicable when you an employee applied for it. It's not a part of fixed salary. Many of store across Pan India are closed by organization and there is no job securities of employees in this case.

On-time salary and incentives. The Coursera platform they provide to get education and skills is very good.

Everything apart from salary and incentive. The company is providing us all kind of facilities that are more in comparison of other companies but there is no work life balance. There is no job security because the management change the structure in every 3 - 4 months. Company transfer us in multiple roles and locations to save our job that is very unsatisfying. There is no growth. Employees are working from 8 - 10 years in same position.

No Promotion…No leaves on festival…if you want sustain you Need to do SOMBU Adikanum…Extra work need to do like SPY…
