Growth is slow, Salary is very low and so much relocation they are giving they suddenly tell you that you have to go there tomorrow and after you settled there then again they relocate you.

Reliance Brands Ltd. Has a very big market in different categories so it's quite popularly know leading all other retail company competitors. As I was designated as a FC(Fun Consultant). It was a fun place to work in a Reliance Brand name know as Hamleys, a toy shop. Worked and enjoyed the atmosphere so all you need to do is play with toys. Entertain the customers. Best part is to play with demo toys. I got to know my cauligues very friendly nature as a team of FC's.

Dislikes

... especially during stock receiving time. The HR is not cooperative with payment. There is no proper salary as mentioned in the CTC. There's no perks and growth even after two years of experience.

Like to work at the place where we are serving thousands of people from our store and helping to get the satisfactory products at reasonable price.

Dislike is need to check after growth and check family background and need to ask and give good salary atleast who is relayed on and have expectations

They give huge workload on low package. You can't grow only with your knowledge, experience & skills. They only give priority those people who are always ready to "flattery" them. T
