Designation is only for your offer letter actual there is no work according the post. No job security you will always feel that may be this is your last day in company. No support from management.. sales person have to face the issue go through PIP process cause of senior management. Just because of unplanned working style you will be always get confused that what should you do... What company actually wants from you. If you talk about market issue or sevice related issue then they won't discuss about issue they will ask you about my number. I must say if you think out of the box then you are going to join wrong company because you are going to loose your creativity. There is no place for creativity they just want puppet to dance on his fingertips. Your are going to ruin your personal relation in market. please do not commit anything behalf of company because company won't care of your commitment.

This is only for Jiomart Partner (Institution Sales). Only salary comes on time. No support from Seniors namely Arup Sarkar, Saugata Mishra & Palash Bhattacharya. They are only pressurized for numbers. They don't have any basic knowledge of how to work in the proper institution. No one is come into the field to see what problems we are facing while dealing with customers. Toxic work culture if those seniors are there. No front-line employees are present for more than 8 months. All are searching for change.

Everything. No work satisfaction. No proper support from seniors. They only threaten to terminate service. Too much Partiality. You cannot develop anything in your carrier other than a Top Company name in CV.

The worst organization i come across...they forced to resign approx 20 k people(in all over India) in April month ...don't go guys there they fool you with name of reliance.

Reporting Managers are very cheap minded. they want only thos subbordinates who treat them as god. Puja karo uski BC. Company bht achha hai but yeh manager log pura company ka naam kharab kar diye hai BC.

Being a stable company salary and benefits are on time plus there is a huge scope of learning.

The management sucks here. There are certain bosses here in the organization who mentally tortures employees and creates a situation where they will have to leave the organization. This person will attack personally comment on your family background and will make you feel that you are good for nothing. Today as an employee I am suffering so much that my mental health my confidence has gone for a toss and the best part is that the HR is a puppet here who claims to take care of their employees but they are hardly bothered about what's happening with their employees and the person who is doing this with his subordinates is still exists without being questioned whereas those subordinates are leaving the company unheard inspite of raising this issues in front of the HR. So friends big name and claims of best working culture is just a bluff be careful of these bluffs. Because of this person my experience regarding the work culture and work environment is worst in Reliance. I also know writing this review won't change anything as that person will still be there to torture and affect mental and physical health of his subordinates as his true colours and dual face will still be not get noticed by anyone and HR will keep on playing the deaf and dumb puppet role.
