5.Salary structure is just worst. CTC looks big but in hand salary is very less.
6. 30% salary out of CTC is variable and other terms and condition form.
7. Direction less and confused reporting managers.
8. Employee exit rate is high.

The people in top leadership are not at all serious, no feedback is taken seriously neither from customer nor from employee. Processes are old and everybody takes their sweet time to delay things as much as they can. Things are changed for worse in every week. No though is given on process building evrybody looks for a temporary solution.

No hike on salary no extra pay for overtime only seniors are helpful
