...ed with latest technology. 3.Too much hierarchy. 4.No value to your opinion. 5.Salary structure is just worst. CTC looks big but in hand salary is very less. 6. 30% salary out of CTC is variable and other terms and condition form. 7. Direction less and confused reporting managers. 8. Employee exit rate is high. 9. No values to your loyalty long service.

The people in top leadership are not at all serious, no feedback is taken seriously neither from customer nor from employee. Processes are old and everybody takes their sweet time to delay things as much as they can. Things are changed for worse in every week. No though is given on process building evrybody looks for a temporary solution.

I was also given the chance to collaborate with team members and contribute to real-world projects, which enhanced my problem-solving and decision-making abilities. The internship at Reliance Retail has been an incredible learning journey, and I am grateful for the exposure and knowledge I gained during my time there.

No hike on salary no extra pay for overtime only seniors are helpful Even after working for 2 years no increment or promotion just come do overtime work and go home
