Reliance Brands Ltd. Has a very big market in different categories so it's quite popularly know leading all other retail company competitors. As I was designated as a FC(Fun Consultant). It was a fun place to work in a Reliance Brand name know as Hamleys, a toy shop. Worked and enjoyed the atmosphere so all you need to do is play with toys. Entertain the customers. Best part is to play with demo toys. I got to know my cauligues very friendly nature as a team of FC's.

Dislikes

... especially during stock receiving time. The HR is not cooperative with payment. There is no proper salary as mentioned in the CTC. There's no perks and growth even after two years of experience.

...with my work. Working environment was little bit odd but not such a big issue. If I got a chance with better package so will definitely want to join again. Thanks

I think somewhere there is gap between the different post levels so I just want it should be more transparent and all the team members should have on same platform.

Reporting Managers are very cheap minded. they want only thos subbordinates who treat them as god. Puja karo uski BC. Company bht achha hai but yeh manager log pura company ka naam kharab kar diye hai BC.

Store Manager aka Store Karta is egoistic and do favouritism. He doesn't have any kind of system knowledge and delegates all task to his subordinates. As a result his store has high attrition rate. Shows favouritism by only accepting leaves to those who is sweet to him. While he relieves all his responsibilities on Assistant Store Manager and Department Manages and takes leaves regularly. His exact words were "ASM rehte hue mujhe karna padega kya". His subordinates are used as a scapegoat to protect and serve him. Your work experience will depends based on person to person. If your store manager is good and supportive. You can stay here for a long time. Otherwise your life will become a living hell.
