...ra from his own . On a serious note I'm writing the pros and cons.... Good--- 1. Salary on time Bad----- 1. No respect and cooperation from senior managers 2. You have ro work for 11-12 hrs but u will say u have worked for 9hrs every day during audit. 3. No development if u don't have any reference and so called chaplusi 4. Anything u spell a word beside salary, all is bad even working culture to ethics level . I got even absconding mail from my senior when i was ill though I've informed to him. 5.No job security u will get , Here you will get force transfer and obviously u will leave the job, so indirect termination is happening. If u are expert in politics then do come or else not.

No job security, seniors many miss language are telling,any time fear of lose job no one can helpful in senior and no DA allowance TA my highest is rs 2000 out of 4000km running in 1month, HR is no response Please options available for ZERO STAR⭐

Dislikes

Reporting Managers are very cheap minded. they want only thos subbordinates who treat them as god. Puja karo uski BC. Company bht achha hai but yeh manager log pura company ka naam kharab kar diye hai BC.

They give huge workload on low package. You can't grow only with your knowledge, experience & skills. They only give priority those people who are always ready to "flattery" them. T

1) not job security 2) leave issues 3) not properly areegment in canteen for eating food. 4) work life is not good in reliance.
