I never got get positive vibes with our cluster manager Mr Pranjith, there is no option to escalate our problem with higher officials. High level designation people are not good in the reliance jewellery SIS format, that's why people leaving the company. This is purely my opinion and experience

Being a stable company salary and benefits are on time plus there is a huge scope of learning.

Dislikes

The management sucks here. There are certain bosses here in the organization who mentally tortures employees and creates a situation where they will have to leave the organization. This person will attack personally comment on your family background and will make you feel that you are good for nothing. Today as an employee I am suffering so much that my mental health my confidence has gone for a toss and the best part is that the HR is a puppet here who claims to take care of their employees but they are hardly bothered about what's happening with their employees and the person who is doing this with his subordinates is still exists without being questioned whereas those subordinates are leaving the company unheard inspite of raising this issues in front of the HR. So friends big name and claims of best working culture is just a bluff be careful of these bluffs. Because of this person my experience regarding the work culture and work environment is worst in Reliance. I also know writing this review won't change anything as that person will still be there to torture and affect mental and physical health of his subordinates as his true colours and dual face will still be not get noticed by anyone and HR will keep on playing the deaf and dumb puppet role.

Nothing much being a company this large it could have had many but not really. Flexible working hours is only one I could think of.

Dislikes

... by seniors Lot of North Indian and hence all the meetings take place in hindi. Very weak hike better to ask lot of salary before hand as they will provide but yearly 5-8% only. Don't expect any hike in salary with promotion and they don't promote most of the time but will hire a new person for the same role. Your knowledge will not improve much as they are in no much evolution with tech stacks.

As an intern at Reliance Retail, my experience was enriching and valuable. I was exposed to a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment, where I gained hands-on experience in various aspects of the retail industry. The team at Reliance Retail was supportive and provided me with ample learning opportunities, allowing me to develop my skills in areas such as customer service, inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales. I was also given the chance to collaborate with team members and contribute to real-world projects, which enhanced my problem-solving and decision-making abilities. The internship at Reliance Retail has been an incredible learning journey, and I am grateful for the exposure and knowledge I gained during my time there.

No hike on salary no extra pay for overtime only seniors are helpful Even after working for 2 years no increment or promotion just come do overtime work and go home

Only per is we get salary on time and medical facilities by them.

Dislikes

My working area should be on ground area where things are actually happening according to my job profile and got posted in HQ, from which we are not free to travel until get approval else work on video calls or on calls and if something gets wrong you will be blamed for it. Not clear what to do and how to take things forward.
