Sector is very nice,and salary also so good,little bit pressure because my job role was customer handling and provide resolution also.

All services are good to Reliance jio.but if corrections about meeting.after 9hour duty attend any meeting its so irritating.

Yaha salary staff ki increase nahi hoti yaha aur yaha ke reliance retail ke jo employees hai Jo ki manager hai unhe kisi chiz ka pata nahi hai pramotion kabhi nahi hota pramotion ke naam par 1 exam dilate hai ussme bhi unki expectations ittni hai rahti hai English Mai baat Karo Hindi nahi sunge 1 CSA lavel ka employee jo mehnat se aage aaya hai uski koi values nahi hai aur saath mai bhar se aate hai usnki salary 20 se 25 rahti hai aur aur Jo 12 saal se kaam kar raha hai 100% de raha hai company Mai uski salary 10000 hi hai

The company is least bothered about their employees ' growth and development. They bring in people on immediate basis but when relieving they ask all sorts of reasons documented proofs and pay cuts. No recognition for the hard work and no other benefits apart from comp off. Issues in service keep prolonging thereby affecting customer satisfaction but the blame is put on advisors
