Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a Not bond before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Repair and Maintenance of all mechanical equipments related with turbine generator deptt. Like: BFP (Boiler Feed Pump), CEP, CONDENSER, HP HEATER, LP HEATER etc. of all 4 Units (0 to 18 mtrs height).

Pay structure is not standardized as per market. Job role distribution is adequate. Roles and responsibilities is non proportional to the pay structure. Top management employees have extremely high pay but the medium and lower grade employees are under paid.

PLI policy is not desirable. PLI is calculated for FY, but you will get it approx 6 month later. If you leave organisation before declaration of PLI, you will not be eligible for this, though you serve more than a Year.
