Worst company to work.Totally fish market , toxic culture ,no place to sit also , no policies , leadership team egoist decisions , no opportunity to grow , too much harassment both physical and mental.

Many more ! Management are working without GOAL, VISION & CLARITY....Where they need to go they don't know! Job security is very pathetic in Retail, if you are master in LICKING or BUTTERING then you will be safe. I strongly recommend 'DON'T JOIN RELIANCE RETAIL to spoil your career.

I'm very happy to work with the company. all colleagues are very helpful and friendly they take very care each other in branch.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.the pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 14- 16 hours straight in a day as I have attended client call's in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

One star is given only because of no negative rating other wise this company is not good for sales person at any post upto regional level

Your life will become hell. This is company is not good for sales person to join... Never ever thought of joining this compayeven if you are jobless..

I would request females not to join this co especially operations department, you will be mentally tortured humiliated everyday .. inspite being a manager you will be treated as an off role employee.employees who have the art of buttering can survive for long .
