...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Good organisation for to fullfill the daily basis needs and the operation team work is fabulous.

We are job in 3 year .but I not satisfied becose their is huge politics and parcility . it's tottaly corrupted. No promote for propar purson. Not promoted experience parson. Their are huge politics & so many corrupted purson. Vendor is to worst . .I m suggest you empruve your vendor police. .n employees pramotion prosess. Pls

My overall experience with RIL Logistics was fantastic. During COVID 19 Lockdown we all worked from home & there was extraordinary support of IT as they unconditionally helped everyone so that working is smooth. I could feel one Reliance atmosphere.

I personally have no dislikes as we all at RIL Logistics worked as One Reliance & supported each other.
