There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Their are huge politics & so many corrupted purson. Vendor is to worst . .I m suggest you empruve your vendor police. .n employees pramotion prosess. Pls

My overall experience with RIL Logistics was fantastic. During COVID 19 Lockdown we all worked from home & there was extraordinary support of IT as they unconditionally helped everyone so that working is smooth. I could feel one Reliance atmosphere.

I personally have no dislikes as we all at RIL Logistics worked as One Reliance & supported each other.
