... person in the team. Supporting department have more value than core department. 20% of salary goes in health insurance and that's compulsory even if you personal policy which cost around 50000 rs. You will feel going in dark edges again as no knowledge improvement.

This is reason why more people are leaving and recently buyouts policy also removed from HR policy. Company focused on investment on infrastructure.
