Worst leadership, one can never expect 100℅ in hand salary, they are on a deduction spree upto ARDM & Branch Manager Level. Lowest commission to agents, renewal commission to agents gets a 75℅ deductions. End number of con calls Immature leaders don't have the skills to lead. So many clauses which is directly affecting attrition to the highest level

All Front line manager get their target as per their salary not as per their designation ,treated same as far as performance is concern

Leadership don't have quick decision power ,no system n process to be followed ,no people development,no learning skill ,there is not a single MIS is accurate so time waste in unproductive matter which can be easily control.Worst part they are not giving appraisal till July n Aug

Work life balance is bad and the middle management is creating poor culture however company policy are good but no employee security involved 24*7 6am to 11 pm with nos of reviews daily

...salay cuts at many levels however the earning incentive having lots of clou ses. And monthly compensation change every week

Company open to innovation every time new schemes for agents even for employee also. Brand its speaks easily get the customers.

Very low compensation growth is slow work pressure is very high targets not define as per team size and present or last yrs achievemnt due to leadership change everytime team bonding not there.

The Branch Manager of Goalpara Branch is neither a good leader nor a good human being
