Office management and Branch manager doesnt know how to talk with women. Its seems like Manager give salary not company. Office timings are strick but after office hours manager keeps on zoom meeting or force to do jobs and meetings to fullfill manager criteria. After resignation and whole process of notice period Hr cannot provide relieving letter and aslo not answer emails.

There is a lot of stress in work bcoz of field work, training should be given to new joinees, to improve their activities.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

This a good platform to grow up.. Salary and incentives are pretty good...it was a great experience to work with this RNLIC organization

The Branch Manager of Goalpara Branch is neither a good leader nor a good human being

You have to only work and there is no such compensation rather the higher management was horrible and worst, they only know how to fill there pockets not the base levels
