I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

The company is number 1 in the world. It is taking care of all employees w.r.t.health of employee and family, learning, family happiness, office safety, safety in workplace, payment of good salary, good working atmosphere etc.etc. Eventhough I am retired I still eager to serve in this organisation. Top managers are very good. Chairman is super person having lot of talent. Company's HR policy is excellent. I enjoyed 5 day week. Work balance is excellent. Company celebrate safety day, family day, environment day etc. I love this organisation. This company's products are good quality and famous in the world. It's R&D centre is having super special scientists. Company's internal and external transport facilities are marvelous. Freedom to choose innovative ideas is very good in this organisation. Junior employee also work with enthusiasm and hard work.

The payment of PLI comping at of salary ,though it is part of ctc but if you are not in organization at the time of disbursement of PLI ,you are not eligible to get this payment. And at senior level it is 25% of salary.

Nothing to like, no job security, no working culture, no management, no company policies.

Dislikes

There is no proper planning in work, there is no salary hikes, no work progress at sites, Reliance infrastructure is not suitable for construction field.
