Firstly, the long commute to office is really tiring. Secondly, salary and promotion. Lastly, I think we should have more team-building activities.

Likes: Support from subordinates and flexible working hours.

Dislikes

Dislikes: Lack of job security, constantly feeling anxious about losing the job, no promotions, no salary increments, as most employees are on fixed-term contracts (6 months or 1 year), and high work pressure.

Only salary credited on last date of month

...S cut every year from our CTC, employers PF and gaduity also cut from our CTC... More or less you got same salary as your previous company after 30% hike.... Frequently transfer site and job location.... Line manager forcely for extra 2-3 hours on daily basis without any ot or so....

Whatever salary they told at joining time they gave otherwise nothing good in reliance company

Dislikes

They fire you immediately if they have no project Reliance company don't think about employees future. If one desktop and laptop vacant in any Jio centre and jio point next day they will remove from there. The business head is very crucial at employees whenever they come at jio center they behave like cruel ruler. If they come in office and you didn't stand up from your seat you should understand that your job will no longer.

Chances of Employment after retirement is only for some retired employees. To be considered for all retired employees on short term basis in consultant role
